Nutter Butter Truffles

These are extremely similar to Oreo balls, the only difference between this
is with Oreo balls, you use Oreos instead of nutter butters, and you do not
need reeces cups.

Ingredients
1 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 32 oz. pkg. nutter butter cookies
1 bag mini reeces cups
Chocolate chips or dipping chocolate of any kind
Equipment
A bowl
A gallon size freezer bag
A sharp knife
A cutting board
Cookie sheets
Wax paper
An air tight container or plate
A microwave safe dish
A spoon
Smaller bowls
Optional
Toppings such as chopped nuts, broken pretzels, sprinkles, coconut flakes,
rice crispies, cookie crumbs, etc. etc.
Directions
Step 1. Empty your entire package of nutter butters into your gallon size
freezer bag. Seal and crush the cookies until you are left with crumbs. Set
aside.
Step 2. Place your block of cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Cut each mini
reeces cup into quarters, and put them in the bowl with the cream cheese.
Step 3. Add your crushed nutter butters to the mixture, and use your
hands to mix everything together until everything is combined.
Step 4. Place mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour so it can get
firm. Once it is firm, make it into balls.
Step 5. Place wax paper on your baking sheets. Melt your chocolate,
being careful not to burn it.
Step 6. Dip each ball in the chocolate until the whole thing is covered,
then place on wax paper. You can also roll them in toppings such as
sprinkles, coconut flakes, broken pretzels, rice crispies, nuts, cookie
crumbs, etc. etc.
Step 7. Refrigerate until firm, for at least an hour. Once firm, put on a
platter or place them in an air tight container and enjoy!
